How they get tickets
Platinum sellers buy their tickets themselves and have to prove it — their proof of purchase is screened before anything goes live, and the price can't exceed what they paid. They can also source specific tickets for you on request.
How you pay
Your payment is held in escrow the moment you buy. The seller isn't paid until the order is reviewed and released.
How they deliver
The seller sends your tickets and you sort out delivery in the order's message thread. Flag any issue there and nothing is released until it's resolved.
